A Sweater Life For Me
--Artwork by Sumakaita-- Golden rays pounded the soft sand of the lush, tropical landscape, the beautiful ocean refusing to stop kissing the shoreline no matter how many times it was sent away. Those who were gifted this sight daily laughed and played, the sights and sounds just as fun as they ever were. For the two marines on a planned short leave at this nearby island to their base, the charm had worn out after the first few days. They could care less about the wonders of island life, boredom a constant blight on their mood. But this was nothing new for them. “You know, I thought joinin’ the marines would lead us on some wild adventures.
