A lifetime spent in economic and infrastructural decay had given it renown as a crime capital, with most streets ruled by gangs. It is also a city ruled by combat, fighting, and other illegal underground bloodsports found all across the city. All of that though began to change once a man named Haggar was elected to office. His administration took fast to rebuilding the slums and cleaning up crime. Because of this, construction was up across the city. But not all entities involved in the city’s rebuild were filled with good intentions.   There is a sequel to this story, A Captivating Fan Dappled light spotted the racks of clothes, both old and new, laid out before Ann. She never expected herself to end up in such a ramshackle, dusty antique store, but her search had now led her to places she wouldn't have even considered in her pursuit of her next big cosplay (costume play). The problem was that she had long since donned the looks of all the anime, videogame, and various media character’s she’d cared the most about, and nowadays was strictly searching for characters with outfits she deemed sexually appealing. As she perused the clothing all around her, there were certainly a lot of materials to work with, but she merely scoffed at them.
