  This story is a collab with TheTGScourge “James! James wake up!” A slim, well-trimmed Cameron, wearing nothing but their boxer shorts and white, sleeveless T-shirt, shook their friend passed out on the ground. James was dressed in similar lounging attire to them, the two mere moments ago having been in a living room late at night.   High upon the towering hills and peaks of a land called Liyue, sat an abundance of shrines and temples seemingly frozen in time. So far removed from the outside world and being difficult to traverse kept untouched by the common tourists and rabble that would have otherwise flocked to see their serene beauty. They were a perfect picture of a bygone era, kept alive by the few who still tended to them. Every aspect of these locations was kept as pristine as they could manage, replacing artifacts a regular occurrence every few decades. One such artifact, a couple of binding ropes meant for dulling the cursed, violent energy said to be sealed within a blessed stone, was due for replacement, a new one having been made and shipped to the shrine. “Is this the package young one?” the elder shrine attendant asked.   Dappled light spotted the racks of clothes, both old and new, laid out before Ann. She never expected herself to end up in such a ramshackle, dusty antique store, but her search had now led her to places she wouldn't have even considered in her pursuit of her next big cosplay (costume play). The problem was that she had long since donned the looks of all the anime, videogame, and various media character’s she’d cared the most about, and nowadays was strictly searching for characters with outfits she deemed sexually appealing. As she perused the clothing all around her, there were certainly a lot of materials to work with, but she merely scoffed at them. She’d gotten lazier over time, no longer wanting to invest the time in creating the outfits herself. Truth be told, she never got much praise for her efforts in that regard, despite the hours she toiled away.
